Renting a bike from us? Visit our friendly rentals team on the mountain and they’ll get you set up for an epic day on the trails. We offer premium downhill and trail bikes in a range of sizes, along with helmets and protective gear to keep you comfortable and confident while riding. Allow at least 30 minutes for bike setup and fitting before your first lap.
Our Guest Services desk is located in the base building. We recommend pre-purchasing products before your day on the maunga; however, if you need to make a purchase on the day or have a query, our Guest Services team are happy to help.
Purchased your passes online? With your email confirmation, you can skip the queue and collect your passes from our self-service kiosks, located in our base building.
Swing by the MTB Workshop right here on the mountain. Whether it’s brake adjustments, suspension tuning, tyre repairs, drivetrain issues, or a quick safety check before your next lap, our crew have the tools and know-how to get your bike dialled and back on the trails. Too easy.
Refresh your gear or replace that missing glove with a visit to our on-mountain retail shop. The Coronet Peak store stocks a range of current ski gear like helmets, jackets, pants & goggles to help keep you comfortable on the hill.
