We offer both in-house catering (season dependent) and the option to bring in external caterers. All external caterers must be pre-approved by NZSki and complete our Health & Safety induction before the event.
We have a selection of basic AV equipment available, with hire rates provided on request.
On-site DJ & AV Equipment includes:
- 4-line mixer (DJM-900NXS2)
- 2 × 1000W top speakers
- 2 × 1300W subwoofers
- 2 turntables (XDJ-700) – we recommend DJs bring their own preferred setup
- Projector and screen
- Peak Club: Up to 40 seated / 80 cocktail
- Heidi’s Hut: Up to 42 seated indoors / 100 cocktail
- East Wing + Bar: Up to 120 seated with 400m² of open-plan space
Yes! Coronet Peak hosts events in both summer and winter. Each season offers unique experiences - from scenic mountaintop weddings in summer to après-style celebrations in the snowy months.
While transport isn’t included in our standard packages, we are more than happy to add private shuttles or transfers to your event package. Our transport is facilitated through our partners, Queenstown Coaches.
That depends on your vision! Summer (Dec–Mar) offers long daylight hours, clear skies, and warm alpine air - perfect for weddings or outdoorsy celebrations. Winter (Jun–Sep) delivers snow-draped magic for après-style events or ski-side functions.
Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will incur the full booking fee. Any cancellation made more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
