New to the whole thing? Choice. We’ll keep it simple, fun, and confidence-first. You’ll learn how to move around, control your speed, and make your first turns in a safe beginner area — no stress, just progress.

You've had your first day on snow and are looking to progress your skills and confidence on beginner terrain.
You’re ready to learn controlled confident, turns. You’ve moved past the first-timer wobble, you know how to stop on beginner terrain and you’re building control. This is where things click: controlled confident turns and feeling steady on conveyor terrain.

You’re comfortable on beginner terrain and green runs and ready to build confidence to prepare for easy blue runs.
You can stop and turn with confidence and control on beginner and green slopes, and you’re starting to explore chairlifts and looking at easy blue runs. We’ll help you link turns with more consistency, handle progressively steeper terrain, and feel more in control top to bottom.

You’re solid on easy blue runs and ready to step up to more advanced blue runs with more speed and control.
Blues are where it starts getting properly fun. We’ll sharpen your technique, improve your confidence, and help you handle more pitch without feeling rushed. Think smoother turns, better flow, and more confidence as the terrain steps up. It’s not uncommon for people to stay on blue zone terrain for a few sessions to establish good technique and learn about line and terrain tactics, progressing towards red runs.

You can handle difficult blue runs and easy red runs but want be able to ski more of the mountain. Learn to navigate mountain features,off piste areas with confidence and control varying turn sizes for a feel ofmountain mastery. Next stop – black zone terrain!
You can handle most of the mountain, but a little coaching will lift your technique and confidence when things get steeper, bumpier, or more variable. This is where lessons get seriously fun!

Now we’re talking performance! You’re comfortable on all terrain and in all conditions but and want to go from good to great and dial up the precision. It’s the realm of Technique Tuneups, Private Coaching and our Performance Programmes.
You’re not here to just get down, you want to ski/ride well in anything the mountain throws at you. We’ll fine-tune technique, tactics, and confidence so you’re stronger on steeps, smoother in rougher snow, and more in control when it gets real. You get here, and people will notice!

Lessons are available for all ability levels, from complete beginners through to advanced skiers and riders.
Beginners can learn the fundamentals in a supportive environment, while intermediate and advanced guests can refine technique, build confidence on steeper terrain or work on more specialised skills. Private lessons and performance camps are particularly popular for experienced riders looking to progress further.
Group lessons are a great option if you’re learning the basics or progressing alongside others at a similar level. They’re social, structured and a good way to build confidence on the mountain.
Private lessons offer a more personalised experience, with one-on-one coaching or small group sessions tailored specifically to you. They’re ideal if you want to progress faster, focus on specific skills, explore more of the mountain or learn together with family or friends.
Yes, booking ahead is recommended. Lessons can be in high demand during weekends and school holidays, so reserving your package or lesson early helps secure your spot.
Rentals are not available to book in advance and are issued on a first in, first served basis. However, you can save time by purchasing your rental products online in advance, collecting your MyPass card from Guest Services or our Kiosks then heaind to see our Rentals team on the mountain who will get you fitted and ready for a fun day on the snow.
Our Snowsports team is made up of certified professionals with top-tier training. Every lesson is structured to match your ability, comfort level, and conditions on the day. We start with clear safety briefings, keep group sizes manageable, and focus on steady progression - from first balance to first carve.
You'll also learn the Snow Responsibility Code along the way, so you're not just riding better, but riding with awareness of others on the mountain.
To Change Your Booking:
You can make some changes to your reservations, subject to availability.
- Log in to your account and head to your Profile page
- Select "OVERVIEW" and then "ORDER HISTORY"
- Find your order and select "DETAILS"
- Select "RESERVATIONS"
- Select "RESCHEDULE" and then your preferred date.
