Instructor Training Programme
Turn your passion for snow into a professional pathway. The NZSki Rookie Instructor Training Programme is an intensive 12-day course designed to prepare confident skiers and riders for instructor roles on the Mt Hutt Snowsports team.
Led by top-level NZSIA and SBINZ trainers and examiners, you’ll get expert on-snow coaching and indoor technical workshops to build your skills, teaching confidence, and guest experience know-how.
What’s Included
- 12 days of immersive, work-ready training
- Coaching at Coronet Peak
- Daily schedule: 9am – 3:30pm
- Interview opportunity on Day 10
- 3 Peak Season Pass included if enrolled by 31 May 2026
- If not selected for employment, you still retain the pass
