Before Your Lesson:

Get Your MyPass Card: This is your ticket to the mountain. Print it at a kiosk by scanning the barcode in your confirmation email. Pick it up from Guest Services on the mountain or from our Snow Centre in Queenstown (9 Duke St)

Timing & Location
  • ‍Lesson Times: Be at the Snowsports meeting area 15 minutes before your lesson start time
  • Arrive on mountain early: We recommend at least 1 hour before your lesson start time if collecting Rental Gear or your MyPass Card/Lift Pass on the day
  • Allow extra travel time during peak periods or in winter conditions
  • Please check the Snow Report before heading up

Catching the Ski Bus in Queenstown?

Please reserve the appropriate Ski Bus departure time (booked separately) for the mountain your lesson is booked for. Ski Bus reservations are not included in this product and can be purchased separately. If you have booked a morning lesson we recommend reserving based on the below times.

  • Coronet Peak Ski Bus: please reserve the 7:30am departure time
  • The Remarkables Ski Bus: please reserve the 7:30am departure time

Coach Meeting Points: Please meet your coach 15 minutes before your lesson, fully geared up with Lift Pass and equipment ready.

  • The Remarkables: Private Lesson flag outside the base building on the snow
  • Coronet Peak: Private Lesson flag, east end of the deck

Please include your mobile or WhatsApp number at booking so our team can reach you if needed before the session.

Rescheduling Lessons

To Change Your Booking: 

You can make some changes to your reservations, subject to availability. 

  • Log in to your account and head to your Profile page 
  • Select "OVERVIEW" and then "ORDER HISTORY" 
  • Find your order and select "DETAILS" 
  • Select "RESERVATIONS" 
  • Select "RESCHEDULE" and then your preferred date.

Note: If you made your reservation over the phone or in person, please contact Guest Services on [email protected] (use subject line "Reschedule Reservation").

Changing Lesson Reservations: Lessons are subject to availability and must be rescheduled no later than 24 hours before your lesson start time.
